Yesterday's papers, today's ammo

The way women are treated, represented and underrepresented in theatre is no conspiracy- it’s a truth and (a should be) expected outcome of a patriarchal society...That’s the problem with institutionalised inequality, no single person is to blame, but a series of choices, facts and the reluctance to address (really address) the imbalance, all accumulate to hinder the progress of a fairer game for all.

Fun Palaces 2014

On 4th and 5th October over 130 Fun Palaces popped up across the UK, with a few scattered on international soil as well. They took place at swimming pools, on streets, in theatres, museums, town halls and many other places. When it comes to Fun Palaces there are no rules... The only restriction is that they must be free and accessible to all.
