Interview: Lizzie Hughes

On the 13th December, The Salon Collective will take to the CockPit stage to perform ‘The Two Gentlemen of Verona’, with the actors meeting for the first time (more or less) on stage. Lizzie Hughes is an expert in this method known as ‘cue script’, and is driving this project with founding partner of the Salon Collective: Dominic Kelly and Dewi Hughes, Head of voice Drama Studio. I caught up with her last week to talk about this exciting way of bringing Shakespeare to the stage.
