Female Entrepreneurs in the Arts - Please take our Survey!

Are you an artist who sells your own work? Do you make crafts? Do you paint or draw? Do you run a gallery? Are you an actor, director, designer, stage manager or technician? Do you run a theatre company? Are you a writer, a playwright, a novelist? A singer? A musician? A dancer? A film-maker?

If you can answer yes to any of the above and you are self-employed, freelance or a business owner - and whether this is your sole income or something you do in addition to another job, we are really keen to hear from female entrepreneurs in the arts.

In conjunction with Thames Valley Arts and Business Collision we are inviting you to answer a six question survey - please take part, it's very quick.

The UK would have an additional one million entrepreneurs if women set up businesses at the same rate as men, according to the Business is Great campaign.

Apparently, fewer women than men believe that they have the skills to start a business. Global Entrepreneurship Week are encouraging women to start up their own business or grow their existing business.

We want to know what factors can help more women to start their own business in the arts.
