What I do:
Creative facilitator, writer, performer
I'm a freelance facilitator in a number of different sectors, either using the arts as a tool for social change and personal development, or working in schools to deliver Personal, Social, Health Education projects. I currently work with a diverse range of groups, including young refugees, recovering addicts, and mental health service users. I also edit a magazine on wellbeing called Equilibrium, produced by mental health service users in Haringey. I’m an alumuna from the University of Winchester and the Central School of Speech and Drama, where I studied for a Masters in Applied Theatre (Drama in the community and Drama education).
