Actor Josh Peck Speaks Out Following Drake Bell’s Sexual Abuse Revelations
Actor Josh Peck, known for his role in the popular Nickelodeon sitcom Drake & Josh, has broken his silence after being criticized for not responding to co-star Drake Bell’s recent revelations of sexual abuse. In the new documentary series Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV, Bell disclosed that he was sexually abused at age 15 by actor and dialogue coach Brian Peck.
In response to the documentary, Josh Peck took to Instagram to express his support for the survivors who bravely shared their stories of abuse. Bell also asked fans to be understanding of Josh Peck’s process in dealing with the situation.
It is important to note that Brian Peck, the accused abuser, is not related to actor Josh Peck. Brian Peck had previously faced sexual abuse charges and served time in prison in 2004.
