The preliminary investigation by the police revealed that both the Lamborghini and a Corvette were speeding and lost control, causing a chain reaction collision involving four other vehicles.
Rice’s attorney confirmed that he was the driver of the Lamborghini and responded to police questioning. The drivers of the Lamborghini and Corvette fled the scene, while two other drivers were treated for minor injuries and two occupants of another vehicle were taken to the hospital.
In response to the incident, Rice’s attorney stated that he will do everything possible to bring back normalcy to the lives of those impacted by the crash. Rice himself took full responsibility for his part in the crash, expressing his apologies to those affected in an Instagram post.
